What do you have to bring with you?

• All documents on the clinical history
• Passport including a valid visa
• Usual clothes and nightware
• Bathing wear (towelling robe and bath sandals are provided)
• Tracksuit
• Casual shoes
• Solid footwear
• Toilet things (bath towels and hairdryer are provided)
• Raincoat or umbrella
• Wheelchair or rollator
• Splints etc.
• Medicine for the first 3 days in the original box

How about food for Moslem people?

We offer a large assortment of different food including „Helal“ meat without pork.

What about Credit Cards?

Please understand that we do not accept any credit cards.

Can I do my laundry?

You can wash and dry your laundry in our coin-operated washing machines.
